Abstract

For about two and a half years, since Gupta’s 1975 paper on the use of lithium in the Felty syndrome, we have made lithium therapy a part of our oncolytic regimes (Gupta et al., 1975). Incidentally, our first case was in fact a patient with the Felty syndrome and failed to respond, possibly because of poor patient compliance.
