Abstract

The entire prison complex is situated on over 200 acres, three-quarters of which are used to house such institution facilities as a sewage plant, a filtration plant, two reservoirs, and steel tanks providing for potable water storage. Only 34 acres are actually used inside the fence for housing the felons.
