Abstract
Analysis and design precede machine implementation of any large scale problem. The analysis and design process begins with the problem statement (or requirement analysis) and ends with solution statement or design specifications. Requirement analysis involves complete and accurate representation of the problem domain. It involves providing a natural language description of the problem, determining the different levels of abstraction which divide the problem space and determining the organization of these levels.
