Formal Verification of the Sequential Part of PLC Programs

  • Chapter
Discrete Event Systems

Abstract

We present a formal verification method for the sequential part of the PLC programs. The principle of our method is to code the operational semantics and a mathematical modelling of the behaviour of the program specification in the SMV language, a temporal symbolic model-checker.
