Abstract

The tubulointerstitial ultrastructural alterations in different glomerular, vascular and tubulointerstitial diseases in our patients are reported, in order to clarify the role of electron microscopy in the evaluation of the renal histopathologic changes in relation to the functional abnormalities associated with nephropathies.
