Abstract
For the last presentation in this session on soy and cancer, I will cover the epidemiologic evidence on soy and several hormone-related and other cancers. My comments will focus on breast, endometrium and prostate cancers, three hormone-related cancer sites. The role of soy has been also investigated in several non-hormone related cancers including colorectal, stomach and lung cancer. As Dr. Maurice Bennink has just given an excellent presentation on colorectal cancer, my remarks will be limited to stomach and lung cancers.
