Abstract
Failure of the bone structure. Bone fracture and injuries is very common in children and adolescent, trauma chapter discussing different types of fractures, some need immediate referral and other can wait, fractures that can heal with no complications and other fracture affect the bone growth when the epiphysis is affected.
