Abstract
BJ is a 68-year-old man who presented with complaints of a sudden decrease in vision in his right eye. Vision in that eye was 20/200 and in the left eye was 20/20-2. Clinical examination found a large subretinal hemorrhage. A malignant tumor such as choroidal melanoma could not be ruled out. The other eye was found to have some subtle macular pigment changes but no grossly detectable thickening.
