Abstract
People dislike change. It takes them out of their comfort zone. Human nature demands continuity and consistency. These factors must be taken into consideration in our engineering if continual improvement is to be realized. There are telltale signs that indicate when change is a natural part of the process.
An expert is someone who knows some of the worst mistakes that can be made in his subject and how to avoid them.
