Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify major trends in key stakeholders’ views and perceptions on strategic transatlantic S&T cooperation. As a result, the following overall issues turned out to be of overarching importance and relevance. They represent the essence derived from the various sources of input generated for this study, and are summarized as seven conclusions and three blocks of policy recommendations. Each of the policy recommendations has been split into a recommendation for strategic development and the respective recommendation for action in order to provide guidance for implementation.
