Abstract
The heart of a Mediterranean diet is its delicious, health-promoting foods. Patients can use the compilation of recipes that follows for their daily meals, for special occasions, and for nearly any conceivable dining situation. For purposes of organization, the recipes are categorized as breakfast, appetizers, soups, salads and sides, entrees, desserts, and beverages.
