Abstract
Believe it or not, a successful night of imaging starts well before the sky gets dark. Since this book is about saving you time as well as money, the importance of planning your night’s imaging session well in advance cannot be understated! Like so many things in life, poor planning leads to poor performance. Astro-imaging is no different; you can save yourself a little time and a lot of headaches by plan your imaging sessions before the Sun goes down!
