Abstract
Let X be a set. In §IIA we discussed the algebraic structure of KX, and we demonstrated an isomorphism from KX onto P(X). In this section, we develop an analogous theory for ℚX. Many of the following results admit immediate generalizations to FX where F is an arbitrary field or at least an arbitrary ordered field.
