Abstract

The only way to understand the structure of the Martinsinovski Institute and the work going on in this Institute is to look at it from an historical point of view– Romanovski, Pavlovski. The Institute was established just after the Revolution with the intention of carrying out the eradication of malaria in the country. It was not an easy target. At that time, 50–60 years ago, there were millions of new cases of malaria each year.
