Abstract

Computing the vector (Y 0 Y 1,..., Y N−1) using formula (8.5) requires (N − l)2 complex multiplications, N(N − 1) complex additions, assuming that the values of ω j N , the sines and cosines of the given angles, have already been computed and stored.
