Abstract

Ankylosing spondylitis patients attending the ‘Ankylosing Spondylitis Research Clinic of the Middlesex Hospital’ complained frequently of muscle stiffness and pain. Some even mentioned that there was never any day that they felt to be free of pain or stiffness.
