Abstract

A 50-year-old female presented with multiple painless ulcerations on the hands, feet and arms (Figs. 18.1, 18.2, 18.3, 18.4, and 18.5). Ulcers developed and progressed over 3 months. She had no history of trauma, was not on any medication and her systemic examination was unremarkable.
