Abstract
Endoleaks are defined as blood flow outside the lumen of the stent graft but within the abdominal aneurysm sac. The endoleak rate after endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair ranges from 5 to 44 %. Endoleaks can be classified into five types (Fig. 12.1).
