Abstract
Obesity and sexuality are complex. There are highly sexual aspects of the obese body to some, regardless of gender or orientation, but a discussion on sexuality is irrelevant to an obese middle-aged diabetic with erectile dysfunction. This chapter explores some controversial aspects of obesity and sexuality.
