Abstract
Fischer and Bidell (2006) presented a comprehensive description of Fischer’s and colleagues’ Neo-Piagetian model of cognitive development. In the following, I provide a thorough review of their work. In addition, I examine the work of Fischer and colleagues in adult development. As with his prior work, I indicate the strengths and scope of his work. However, I do point out where it can be improved and how my work accommodates to these exigencies.
