Abstract
Model13 has been discussed at length in previous publications by the first author. Consequently there is no need to waste precious space to expand on it. Briefly, Model13 derives from the previous assumptions and models of relational competence theory to the point that it could not exist unless one were to include all those models as part and parcel of this model.
