Abstract

The middle part of this book (Chapters 7–21) focuses on the readiness activities described by the RICH model to assist the achievement of the Agile mindset and true agile transformation. Readiness is the beginning of conditioning the mind toward the behavior needed to align with Agile values and principles and focuses on making decisions regarding the elements for your implementation. As you incrementally make readiness decisions and continue to focus on the Agile mindset, the implementation process can begin.
