Abstract
When moving to an Agile world, there is a significant shift in roles and responsibilities. In a more traditional project, decisions are typically made in a hierarchical manner, and roles are specifically established to support this structure. If you are serious about moving to Agile and gaining an Agile mindset, then maintaining traditional roles will get in the way of this change. In the Agile world, there is a purposeful focus away from hierarchy and a strong focus on getting people to work together every day.
