Abstract

This chapter will introduce you to some of the more advanced tasks you can perform on your PC-BSD system. We’ll discuss backups and snapshots, system upgrades and repairs, scripted and automated installations, virtualization using jails, creating a thin client network out of older hardware, and some of the command-line utilities unique to PC-BSD.
