Adobe Flex 3, with its framework, underlying technologies (the Flash Platform), associated tools (compiler and debugger), IDE (Flex Builder 3), and server-side gateways (BlazeDS and LifeCycle Data Services) makes it easy for you to build sophisticated Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) effectively. It helps you get your interactive and engaging rich, and sometimes revolutionary, application to your users on time and within budget. What it does not do is write your business logic or application flow. You need to take care of that.
