Abstract
If there’s one feature or capability of .NET that has received the most public attention, it most certainly must be XML Web services. XML Web services offer developers a straightforward and simple way to extend the functionality of their enterprise across the Internet. Obviously, XML Web services are immensely attractive to mobile developers because they provide access to the enterprise from a device.
