Abstract

If you used previous versions of Dreamweaver, you already know that one of the great things about Dreamweaver MX is its extensibility. The base program is an extremely powerful tool that was itself created by adding extensions to a core engine. In the same way, you can add extra functionality to Dreamweaver by building your own extensions. There is also a growing market for commercial-quality extensions. This means many extensions can be purchased or downloaded, so you don’t have to create them yourself.
