Abstract
Injection therapy is indicated for degenerative or inflammatory arthritis of the hip joint that has failed to respond to conservative measures and for suspected infection. These injections are frequently employed to confirm hip arthritis as the source of pain in patients with multiple pathologies around the pelvic girdle.
