When information systems are specified, developed and evaluated, such systems need to be understood contextually. A vital step during information systems development is therefore business modeling. Critical issues when developing such systems are what aspects to take into consideration. There is a need to understand different aspects of the organization and how the information systems can be supportive and integrating different parts of the organization.
