Upon completion of the chapter, the student will be able to:

    Diagnose urinary incontinence among older adults.

    Differentiate the different types of urinary incontinence.

    Develop and implement a plan of care for a patient with urinary incontinence.

    Manage the symptoms of urinary incontinence.
