Schlussfolgerung
Imatinib (c-kit expressionsabhängig), NVP-AEE788 und Sirolimus führen in vitro und in vivo zu einer signifikanten Inhibition des Wachstums von humanen Gallengangskarzinomzelllinien und stellen somit potentielle Substanzen für Phase I/II-Studien beim nicht resektablen Gallengangskarzinom dar. Auf Grund des c-kit Nachweises in humanen Gallengangskarzinomen wurde eine Phase II-Studie für Glivec bei der Ethikkommission eingereicht.
