Abstract

This chapter represents a comprehensive compilation of all the various spin-trapping studies on free radical metabolites of toxic chemicals and drugs using ex vivo detection. A review is presented of the recent literature, including ex vivo detection techniques and advances in spectrometer sensitivity.
