Abstract
Two entirely different vulvar entities seem to contribute to carcinogenesis, i.e., intraepithelial HPV infection, on the one hand, and stromal, chiefly subepithelial, dystrophy, mainly occurring in the form of hyperplasia, on the other. Their frequency rate is high and steadily rising [2, 10, 23].
