Dissoziative Identitätsstörung

Zusammenfassung

Bei dissoziativen Störungen wird ein Zusammenhang von Trauma, Dissoziation und Hypnose angenommen. Die dissoziativen Symptome der Störung scheinen mit unkontrollierten hypnotischen Zuständen in Beziehung zu stehen. Die bei dissoziativer Psychopathologie zugrunde liegenden Traumata können innerhalb eines phasenorientierten Behandlungsmodells bearbeitet werden. In den drei Phasen dieses Behandlungsmodells können nach Prüfung auf Indikation bzw. Kontraindikation klinisch-hypnotische Techniken Einsatz finden. Mithilfe klinischer Hypnose können in der Phase der Stabilisierung dissoziative Symptome induziert werden, um mehr Kontrolle über dissoziative Zustände zu erlangen. Im Unterschied zu unkontrollierten dissoziativen Zuständen kann der klinisch-hypnotische Zustand von Therapeut und Patient kontrolliert und reguliert werden. In der Phase der Exploration traumatischer Erinnerungen und in der Phase der Reintegration der Persönlichkeit kann der sorgfältige Einsatz von Hypnose ebenfalls als Teil einer umfassenden Behandlung Anwendung finden.
