Abstract
The paper explained hazard from internet addiction for teenagers in four different dimensions: physical health, mental health, social adaptation health and moral health respectively, and put forward the idea that sports played an positive role in perfecting health of teenagers with internet addiction. This provided a thread to treat “internet addiction” of teenagers.
