Abstract
Response of a human for a service accepted is not always accurate if it is obtained by questionnaire survey. This paper describes a trial to detect accurate response by using respiration and pulse information at sleep as a message from autonomic nervous system as well as one’s will in awake. In experiment services of healing were adopted to stimulate subjects. As a result, satisfaction as unconscious response resulted from autonomic nervous system activities was detected.
