Abstract
Thinking about the significance and functions of ecological resettlement in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area of Changjiang River, analyzing the principles, objects, resettlement model and investment of this ecological resettlement. the relevant countermeasures are proposed: establish the policy regulations, comply with law for ecological resettlement; program and design the work properly to enhance the implementations; pay attention to integrating resources, raise money from many ways; strengthen the propaganda and education, create an environment of public opinion; improve the institution, reinforce the management and responsibility; develop with the help of technology, make resettlers get rich steadily.
