Abstract
A 15-year-old female presented with a painless solitary tumor-like swelling on the back of her scalp for 6-month duration (Figs. 59.1 and 59.2). She had no constitutional symptoms. There was no history of preceding trauma, surgery or arthropod bites, and the patient denied any contact with animals. Clinical examination revealed no lymphadenopathies.
