Hemispherical resonator gyro with m data electrodes and n control electrodes

Abstract

We present a data acquisition and phase state control algorithm for a quartz hemispherical resonator with arbitrarily many data and control electrodes. The algorithm is justified, and the stability of the attained steady state is proved. The advantages of the new scheme are discussed.
