Abstract
Peculiarities in the behavior of the dielectric, elastic, and anelastic properties of the PbFe1/2Nb1/2O3 ceramic ferroelectromagnet have been found and investigated near the antiferromagnetic phase transition (Néel temperature T N = 160 K). It is established that the transition to the antiferromagnetic phase leads to a decrease in the permittivity and elastic compliance. The anomaly of permittivity found near T N indicates the presence of magnetoelectric interaction in the magnetically ordered phase.
