Abstract

We discuss the international transboundary catchments in the Southeastern Baltic Region, including the territory of Kaliningrad oblast, as well as the “inner” transboundariness, i.e. the belonging of basins of small rivers to several administrative districts within Kaliningrad oblast. Quantitative assessments are made of the areas of those parts of administrative entities which belong to different river basins.
