Abstract

The paper describes the principal lines of development of nanocarriers for medical substances, morphological groups of nanocarriers, and influence of the physical and chemical properties of matrix substances on the key stages of the technological process. Technology aspects of manufacturing nanocarriers, differences in the conditions and techniques for polymer and lipid drug delivery systems are presented in detail.
