Abstract
A BALLOON-BORNE, nitric oxide sampler was flown on March 16, 1973, from Hollomon Air Force Base, New Mexico, 32° 50.1′ N, 106° 0.7′ W. Measurements were made between 1040 and 1505 local time (1740–2205 UT) over an altitude range between 17.4 and 22.9 km.
