Effect of Thalidomide on Human Embryonic Tissues

Abstract

WE wish to report results which can be used in an attempt to define the level of action of thalidomide on human embryonic tissues in vitro. Because it is difficult to obtain human embryonic tissues in quantities sufficient for biochemical measurements, these results are based on the morphology and histology of cultured human tissues.
