Abstract
SEVERAL transmissible neoplasms, including avian1 and murine2 sarcomas and feline leukaemia3–5, have been found to be associated with, and probably caused by, “C”-type viral particles. Our preliminary studies with a feline fibrosarcoma indicate that it is also transmissible and is associated with “C”-type viral particles.
