DNA Synthesis and DNA Content of Leucocytes in Acute Leukaemia

Abstract

Inhibition of division of blast cells is common in untreated acute leukaemia of childhood. During relapse, while a patient is on maintenance therapy, the proportion of blast cells in cyclic division increases.
