Abstract

PHYSIOLOGICAL specialization has been reported in powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis DC.) with f.sp. hordeae attacking Hordeum species1 and f.sp. tritici on species of Triticum2, but there is no record of such specialization in avenae.
