Abstract

WE have reported on the isolation of nucleopeptides from guinea pig liver1. Further work2,3 has revealed that these compounds were oligonucleotides combined with various peptides containing more than ten amino-acids. Steinberg et al. 4 have isolated some compounds of similar kind from rat kidney and liver, as well as from rabbit liver.
