Abstract

FOR many years past, Prof. K. Buch of the Åbo Akademi, Finland, has been leading the research on the distribution of carbon dioxide in the sea and its interchange between sea and atmosphere, and lately by a survey of the surface waters of the North Atlantic Ocean1 he gives a very clear demonstration of the value of his methods.
