Abstract
Although osteoporosis is referred as a silent disease due to its asymptomatic nature, many patients experience pain from osteoporosis-related fractures. Adequate pain management and osteoporosis treatment are necessary to improve patients’ health-related quality of life. Nonpharmacological (e.g. physical exercise, physiotherapy) and pharmacological (e.g. analgesics, antiresorptive agents) interventions are used to reduce fracture risk and manage pain.
